Meet Eydie C. Anchondo
I came to real estate after more than twenty years as a special education teacher, and the truth is, I never really stopped teaching — I just changed the subject. After our family spent a small fortune on college housing for our three kids, I decided I'd rather help families build equity than hand it to a landlord. So in 2024 I got my license with HomeSmart, and I've been serving buyers and sellers across the West Valley and North Phoenix ever since — Sun City, Peoria, Glendale, Tempe, and everywhere in between.
The way I see it, my job isn't to sell you a house. It's to teach you everything you need to make a decision you can live with for the rest of your life. I lean hard on the data — comps, due diligence, all of it — but I also pay attention to whether a home feels right in your heart, because both matter. And I'll always tell you the truth, even when it's not what you want to hear, especially when your health or safety is on the line. No hype, no pressure. Just clear answers and someone in your corner who does what she says she'll do.
